Have you ever considered playing the game of bowls? If not, now is the time to try. Bowls is a game which can be played by both young and old. Bowls is often considered to be a game for the older generation yet it is the younger generation who are beginning to show a lot of promise and natural talent. Anyone over the age of 11 is welcome to play.
RESULTS
The Tabs In Competition sponsored by J Leslie Smith Inc and The Health Nut was played on Friday 29 April. After the game Margaret McCullough of J Leslie Smith addressed the bowlers and Crystal Dekker presented the prizes to the winner and runners up. The winners were Colin Burden, Jeanette Cain, Chantal D’Hotman and Stella Gardiner. The runners up were Bernice Burden, Ed Speed and Jenny McHendrie. Our grateful thanks is extended to J Leslie Smith for the delectable eats enjoyed by everyone present.
Members are requested to play all outstanding club competitions as soon as possible.
