Fifteen year old Ayabongwa Zuma has always loved dogs but his family never had one while he was growing up, so he "borrowed " those belonging to neighbours so he could join the Funda Nenja dog school in 2022. A while ago he was given his own puppy, which he named Bobby, and the two quickly progressed up the levels to being promoted to the top class this month.
Ayabongwa was recently given a donated kennel for Bobby, who immediately claimed it as her own. Ayabongwa's mother shared that her son is a much happier boy now that he finally has a dog of his own.
"Dogs are not our whole life, but they make our lives whole."
