Welcoming Soulled Healing
Hayley Moore (pictured here) is a constellation therapy practitioner whose talents are best proclaimed by her clients testimonials;
Many of the effects of our session were seen days or weeks or months afterward, but the changes in myself /my marriage /husband have been very real and productive. The shifts seems deep and almost fundamental. I am really grateful for you, your gift and your guidance Thank you! - Jen
Just saying thank you feels inadequate - it was so immense I'm still battling to wrap my head around it...I really just wanted to say a deep thank you for the work you did with my family and the impact that will have on our lives going forward and backwards in time. - Donna
Having a family constellation with Hayley is like having a family therapy session with a psychic. It was like no other experience I’ve ever had and the healing effects have continued to ripple out long after the sessions were done. I highly recommend Hayley for individual and group work. She’s delightful to talk to and offers so much wisdom and insight. I count my time with her among my blessings. - Nichole
My son had suffered for years with depression and was suicidal before we met you, and now I have a new child, happy outgoing and able to function in society! - Sarah

The Third Eye Chakra
The third eye chakra, is known as “the seat of intuition.” Translations of the Sanskrit name include, “perceive,” “beyond wisdom,” and “command.” Located in the center of the forehead, it acts as the individual’s center of wisdom, conscience, and higher consciousness.
The third eye allows for clear thought, spiritual contemplation, and self-reflection. It is the highest chakra in the physical body, allowing it to provide visionary perspective. The third eye also helps to determine one’s reality and beliefs based on what one chooses to see in the world.
The third eye chakra primarily has to do with clairvoyance; as a result, the concept of the “sixth sense,” or strong intuition, came from this sixth chakra. It governs self-awareness, higher wisdom, visualization, clarity, discernment, imagination, and creative dreaming.
The third eye chakra has a feminine energy. It is symbolized by the color indigo and an upside-down triangle and lotus flower. Elementally, it is associated
When Blocked or Out of Balance
When the energy of the third eye chakra is out of alignment or not flowing freely, a variety of physiological, mental, emotional, and spiritual ailments can pop up.
For one thing, one might notice physical signs like tension in the brow area, headaches, eye strain, blurred vision, sinus issues, hearing problems, or dizziness. Cognitive indicators of an unbalanced third eye chakra may include dissociation, issues concentrating, nightmares, sleep disturbances, mental fog, and confusion.
Meanwhile, common emotional cues are self-doubt, worry, overthinking, close-mindedness, feeling lost, or relying on others for validation and permission. Lastly, some spiritual ailments which point back to the third eye include a lack of confidence in one’s path or purpose, feeling an “absence” of intuition, being too rooted in the physical world to heed higher guidance and wisdom, or being too rooted in daydreams to focus on the present reality.
Spiritual contemplation goes hand in hand with gazing at the northern lights in Iceland.
Let's try keep our Third Eye Chakra balanced and unblocked with some coffee or spicy plum kombucha.
Find BMS Biotics Homemade Kombucha at the Karkloof Farmers Market every Saturday as well as the Crystal Deva Expo on Sunday the 1st May.

HARTS painting trees at The Old Mushroom Farm
'Although it was a small gathering, the Tree Art Group had a productive morning at The Old Mushroom Farm, Karkloof on Friday the 22nd April.'
The Howick Arts Society or HARTS held its first meeting on 21 August 1991 and has grown into a vibrant collection of artists from all walks of life who meet to inspire and encourage one another and have a lot of fun in the process.
Artists range from beginners to seasoned professionals who are more than willing to share their techniques and knowledge. To this end workshops (for a very nominal fee) are held on a monthly basis on different aspects of visual arts.
Meetings are held on the first Monday of every month, unless it falls on a public holiday. Then the meeting is held on the following Monday. The meetings currently take place from 2.00pm - 4pm at St Luke’s Church Hall in Howick. Guest speakers are invited to do a presentation at the meeting on topics of interest to artists and a workshop on the topic the following Monday.
At the monthly meetings members may bring along and exhibit their latest works and receive a critique. Members in attendance then vote for their favourite works. Points are accumulated over the year and at the end of the year the artist with the most points wins the prestigious Asselberg Cup and a year’s free subscription to HARTS.
Over the years, H A R T S has built up a comprehensive library of books and magazines on art. Many past members have donated books, but HARTS also subscribes to a number of local and overseas magazines, keeping up to date with the latest art news. Members may take these out on a monthly basis.
A newsletter is sent to members every month, keeping members up to date on past and forthcoming HARTS events, as well an active Facebook page facebook.com/HowickArtsSociety and Webpage http://howickartssociety.org/
Art exhibitions are held at suitable venues during the year. Artists have plenty of opportunities to market and sell their work. Publicity is arranged in the local media and each month an artist from HARTS is featured in the local press as “Artist of the Month”.
A Year End Luncheon is held in November, the Asselberg Cup winner is announced, as well as The Lorna Pierson Trophy presented to the most improved artist of the year.
The members choose a theme each year and enter a painting anonymously, which is judged by an art expert and the winner is also announced at the Year End Luncheon.
Subscription fee for the year is R150.00 payable at the Annual General Meeting in September, at which the new Committee for the year is elected.
There are lots of good reasons why people in the area with an artistic bent should become HARTS members and make the most of all the activities and excitement to be had at the Howick Arts Society.

Dogs sleeping inside beats a number of crime deterrents - uMngeni SPCA
Aside from protecting them from cold weather, there's another reason to let your dogs sleep inside at night: it is also a major deterrent to criminals.
Dr. Rudolph Zinn from UNISA’s School of Criminal Justice conducted research into understanding and preventing house robbery in South Africa. Based on in-depth interviews with convicted robbers, he found that:
Dogs sleeping inside the house is the #1 deterrent to crime, ahead of electric fences, detection beams and CCTV.
Many animals who live outside get killed, hit, cut, poisoned during or prior to robberies, so keep them inside for your safety and theirs.
